Belcorn Consulting is a new company but with a wealth of experience.
Each of the four company Directors has extensive knowledge and experience within the UK Public Sector, with a combined 25+ years on some of the largest and most complex programmes of work.
We have our roots in Belfast and Cornwall but have a UK-wide reach and a willingness to take on any new challenge.
Here is our startup journey
Founded in 2021 by four consultants who have seen too many IT projects fail and believe that it could and should be done better. We use small highly skilled teams to deliver complex projects, whilst leaving the ego and politics at the door.
The digital world moves quickly, and we understand that requirements will change during the delivery lifecycle, our approach allows us to rapidly respond to these changes and we embrace that challenge.
Our Culture
We recognise the technology community is strongest when it covers a diverse range of people, skills, and ways of thinking. We promote flexibility in terms of working patterns and remote working; to bring the best out of people and teams you have to allow them to discover what works best for them.
We encourage small, self-organising teams who are given autonomy to explore ideas. We believe this is the most efficient and relaxed way of making progress for any technology problem. Learning is at the heart of what we do, and we strive to foster it in any way we can.
